Expected responsibilities and duties: 1. Conducting patient assessments to determine individual needs and developing personalized treatment plans. 2. Implementing therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function. 3. Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.4. Educating patients on exercises and activities for independence in home-based self-care to enhance recovery. 5. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. 6. Administering modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold therapy, etc. 7. Assisting patients with mobility aids and adaptive devices as needed. 8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records under healthcare regulations. 9. Providing guidance and support to physical therapist assistants, if applicable. Supervising physical therapy aides/techs.
